A Pleasant Surprise
Recently. my girlfriend has been needing a new phone case; I decided to look around and find her something that would have a good demeanor with an attention to quality without all the hyped expense.
My first impressions were not good. I was very upset by what I received. and respectfully reviewed the product based on what was present.
However. I soon received an email from the company. They're first intent was to apologize for the product and then to offer a full refund for my trouble. I was impressed by thisit seemed the company was not represented by the first product I obtained.
I responded and commended they're service. Instead of a refund. though. I asked for a case that would demonstrate they're true quality.
Well. what I have received is magnificent. Not only does the case look great. but the packaging is fantastic. Something I can wrap and present to my loved oneI am very happy with the improvement on their attention to detail and the overall quality of the materials used.
All in all. I will summarize that this product is great. The low cost is great and the company is wonderful to work with.
