How do I shop online?

To start shopping, click on the category that you would like to shop from or use search to find an item. In each category there are sub categories with different items. 

Click [Add to cart] button directly in product list or click on a small thumbnail photo or name of a product. You'll be taken to product description page and then click the "Add to cart" button. Now you can continue shopping for additional items, or check out. 

Your shopping cart is where you keep your selections until you're ready to check out. To remove an item from your bag, click the delete button next to the item you want to delete. If you need to change the quantity, write in the correct number and click update. 

If you have a coupon code, you can enter it in the box next to where it says "Coupon code" and press [apply] button. This will deduct the amount of the coupon. Click check out to continue. 

Now you will be taken to a secure page where you will login or register. Go through all 4 secure checkout steps to complete your ordering process:

  • enter billing and shipping address,
  • select shipping method,
  • review order details and submit order.
  • enter your PayPal email and password

After you have purchased your order, the page will show you your order ID number. Be sure to keep this number for your records. It's that easy.

If I do not have a PayPal account, how can I have one?

If you do not have a PayPal account and you want to create it, you can create one in our checkout page or register one on www.paypal.com with your visa, AmericanExpress or Cardmaster. It is free, easy, safe to pay online.


What happens when I place an order online?

If you provided a valid e-mail address during the purchase process, you will receive an e-mail message shortly after you make a purchase confirming your online order, shipment method, and the total amount to be charged to your credit card. In the event that the product availability changes after the credit card has been charged, you will receive a refund in full for the unavailable product.

How do I cancel my order/item?

You can cancel your order if it has not been shipped yet. Please fill our online Contact Us form to cancel your order. 

Has my order shipped?

You can check the status of your order by clicking "My Orders" link. Once you are in the "My Orders" page you will see all your recent orders. If your order has been shipped, you will receive email containing shipping information like tracking number and shipping carrier. 

Can I get an invoice?

The email you receive after payment confirmation is your invoice. We recommend that you print it out and keep a copy of this email in a safe place for your records. If you didn't receive order confirmation email, please fill our online Contact Us form and request invoice. 


Do you have a catalog?

No, sorry we do not have a catalog. All of our products can be viewed online.
